Where we're going
Today, Zapat clears backlogs of well-scoped issues — bug fixes, test gaps, dependency updates, small features, refactors, and documentation. You pay per issue with full cost controls, not per seat.
We're building toward autonomous engineering operations: deeper project management integration, batch processing, custom agent personas, bring-your-own-cloud deployment, and the ability to handle increasingly complex work as the pipeline and models improve. The backlog is where we start. It is not where we stop.
