Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Zapat subscription.

You can manage your subscription at any time from the Billing section of the Zapat dashboard.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Billing > Plans in the dashboard.
- Click "Upgrade" on the plan you want.
- Enter your payment information (credit card via Stripe).
- The upgrade takes effect immediately — your new issue limit and concurrency apply right away.
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Until then, you retain access to your current plan's limits.
Warning
If you downgrade from Team to Pro, your parallel job limit drops from 10 to 5. In-progress jobs will complete, but new jobs will queue until slots are available.
Cancelling your subscription
- Go to Billing in the dashboard.
- Click "Cancel subscription".
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- After cancellation, you are automatically moved to the Starter tier (20 issues/month, 2 parallel jobs).
Refund policy
Zapat offers a pro-rated refund for unused time if you cancel within 7 days of your most recent charge. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period. To request a refund, email support@zapat.ai with your account email and the reason.
